Pictured is one of the London Fire Brigade response vehicles donated by Metropolitan Grand Lodge.

When a London Fire Brigade Divisional Officer recently asked permission to stable his response vehicle in the car park at his local North Acton parish church, he knew he was speaking to the Vicar, but was unaware that he was also addressing the Assistant Metropolitan Grand Master!

Permission was given, and VW Bro the Rev’d Timothy L’Estrange PGSwdB took the opportunity of posing for a photograph with the vehicle outside St Gabriel’s Church.
